Hey guys,
So I've got this new Quaife Helical LSD (QDF25E) for the tC transmission. BUT... I drive a Camry and I've got an e153 transmission sitting in my garage, not the e350 it's marketed for.
I found both the schematics for my e350 LSD and also for the MR2 turbo LSD (which I know fits in my e153 trans). However, comparing the two diagrams I have no idea which numbers need to be the same and what/if any can be different and still work. Someone somewhere said that an LSD from one E-series transmission should work for other E-series trans. But..... i'm skeptical about that..
Anyone have any idea? I can provide links to the diagrams which can be found on the Quaife website.
If it turns out it doesn't fit, I'd be interested in selling it to someone here with a tC who can use it.
