having a problem with

removing the headlight lamps. they are coverd in grease (electrical protectant) and its just not rotating and poping out like every other car that i've delt with. is there a trick to removing the headlight bulbs?

They dont rotate to come out. There is a wire like thing that snaps over it to lock it in place. Its pretty hard to see. I believe the rubber boot may cover it. Once you find it and unlock it, then just rotate it out of the way and the light will just come right out.

Yeah, they are a huge pain in the butt to remove.
I think if I have to do it again, it would be easier to remove the entire headlight just to replace the bulb. :icon_wacko:

well i broke the J latch that the spring connects to....i need a new headlight.

yeah i thought it would be like the xA cuz it has the same set up until i started doing it, then i had to get rhino74s to help me..

You could get one of these and still prolly come out way cheaper than going through your dealership.

those are from mild front end collision. they all say they ahve one repaired tab. and have scraches. yuck
