Break Pads

I'm at about 45k and starting to skreatch and squeel. Anyone have any opinions for break pads? I've never changed pads before but I think I might be able to handle it. I just want something that's quiet with little or no dust?

As a former Toyota mechanic I have to say that oem pads seem to be the best for toyota. The number one mistake that I have seen is that people throw out the shims because they don't fit the aftermarket pads or whatever. Don't do it these are imparitive to keeping your brakes quiet. Be sure they fit the pad well and that they are well lubricated and in good condition.

I otherwise like semi-metalic pads if you go aftermarket. Anything harder tends to get noisey.
