Has this happened to you

Me and the wife was driving down the road and all of the sudden the trans started to shift hard and felt like it was about to yank out of the car.It just turned a week old today. I called the dealer and they told me to bring it by in the morning but on the way home after it sit for a hour it shift fine. I hope this isnt the start of things to come being its a RS 1 im babying it like crazy. just thought i would vent.

I'd still take it in, have them check it out, it may be nothing, but, better safe than sorry. Good luck, keep us posted.

Check your tranny fluid asap!!! If they forget to fill it when the car came in and did not complete the PDI you could damage the tranny!!!!

They said that the computer is trying to learn my driving habit and thats why it did it. They checked it and made it known that i had the problem. Our guy at the dealer had the same problem with his Tundra and after he told me about his it done the same with the xD. It only done it that one time yesterday so maybe it wont do it again.

Yes, this has happened to me. Every time I decide I'm going to do take it in, it stops doing it. I'd say it has happened six or seven times in the last 2 months. I need to call the dealership and let them know what is going on.
