Headliner help

i can just give you one tip, when you have it done, have them remove the old fabric, because i have seen places, and people do it themselves where they glue right over the old, and in time it starts comming off everytime..

i was hoping someone would be able to direct me in the way to take of the headliner from the car and everything... i think i can do it myself, especially since shops are asking 400 bucks to install the fabric for me.
