well it's time for me to replace my struts/shocks on my 05 xB and I need opinions. I've done the search and I have narrowed down my options.
Here is what I have:
2005 xB with Tanabe NF210's sitting on 17" rims with 215/40/17's. I drive more highway then anything but I have fun going around curves.
so here is what I am looking at:
Tokico set: HB2244/HE3763
KYB GR-2 set: 333385/343426
Monroe Sensa-Trac set: 72245/5601
or use the Echo Monroe Sensa-Trac struts: 71575
I'm trying to keep costs down, under $500 for front and rear. I'll be doing the install so that will save me some extra cash.
So your thoughts on this please.
Thanks everyone!

I have the Tokico HP shocks/struts and Eibach sportline springs running 215/35/18s and it made a good improvement in overall ride and handling. You can pick up the Tokico shocks and struts for around $280 for the set and get the Tanabe df210s for around 200 bucks, so you are looking at roughly around 480-510 dollars for this setup. The kyb/tanabe combo will be alot more than you are willing to pay, and so will the koni/df210. I have not tryed the monroes yet, but talking to some past owners, they claimed they were pretty good too and that combo will be under $500.

update:
this past weekend I replaced the struts, shocks, brakes front and rear, and put new tires on the xB. I went with the Monroe Sensa-Trac struts for the Echo...I couldn't pass up the 1/2" drop. all in all I spent (not including tires) around $300.
the ride is SOOOOOOOO much better. the old struts/shocks were way past time to be replaced.
with only a couple of days of driving I must recommend the Sensa-Trac's for a smooth ride. the NF210's still give me a firm ride but the Monroe's smooth out the bigger bumps so it doesn't throw you around.
