Cruise to Tillamook Cheese Factory April 2nd

Hey guys/gals!!
I wanted to give everyone heads up about a cruise to the Tillamook Cheese Factory & then to a local lighthouse on April 2nd. Starts in Portland but haven't got the time set up yet..gotta meet up with James first :cheer:

Fun drive. I've done this with several groups. A good place to meet is the Fred Meyer at Cornelious Pass, not too hard to get back on the freeway from there.

That sounds like a good place but that parking lot is always so full... Would Sonic right past that work cause that lot is never full?

UPDATE:
We'll be leaving Sonic in Hillsboro at 10am sharp for this. Heading out HWY26 to HWY6, ect. I'll be posting a little map here shortly with the route. There should be a weigh station we'll be stopping at for anyone wanting to know your car weight :mrv: PM me with any questions/comments/suggestions, or post it here

Well, depends on work for us. Right now I'm working 10hr shifts and don't get off until 4am, so I couldn't make it on Sat. unless they don't work this office, then I would get off at 11pm, which would make it easier for me.

wow you a busy man! its ok I'm sure I'll probably see ya at the St.Helens Cruise, that was super fun last year..lets hope for no rain this year though lol

Hey everyone! Just wanted to post up a 2week reminder for this.

We'll be leaving Sonic in Hillsboro at 10am sharp for this drive, so please be there BEFORE 10am with a FULL tank of gas so we don't leave ya behind. This is the first year doing this & would like to make this a yearly event.

Bring the family and be ready for some cheeeese!! We'll be stopping by a weigh station also on the way (as long as there isn't semi's taking it all up) and after the Cheese Factory we'll be continuing onto a local lighthouse on the beach, so bring your camera's!
