Anyone have any experience with aftermarket fenders for the xB? or what ever.

Fiberglass, CF type
Rice, cool, cheeze, I found a few different companies out there with google.

Pics & input would be great.

Jason just bought some Z3 fenders with the vents in them, I guess he is having a hard time getting them to fit right.

Kinda what I figured.

Also does anyone have a decent carbon fiber xB hood for a good price? I found a ton in all price ranges.

Not too big on the whole CF look. But I may have enough black and green going on that it may work. :ponder:

Please stay away from CF fenders .. I never did like the look of CF fenders on a Scion. It doesn't look good .. sorry if I offended anyone here that has them, but I consider my opinion fact .. unless of course you drop some candy on them to match your vehicle, then it looks good ..

I was going to get them painted to match the envy green.
I need both fenders, and I'm doing most of the body work myself, but plan on having a body shop do all the paint work.

The CF hood would get a shot of clear, maybe a tint og green in the clear.

A guy on scionlife has a envy green with carbon fiber fenders. You may contact him and see if he will sell you his factory fenders. I will look for his screen name if you want. :)

Fiberglass breaks easily, and CF just makes it look funny... as in wrong...

Yeah, I'm not so into it eaither. I just need to order some replacements body parts, and thought I'd look into other options.

CF is just too much $ :crazy:
