i'm not! just an FYI any tire is a good tire if it's on the market. now if you're wondering how long they are going to last than you might want to look at the treadwear rating. the higher the rating the harder the compound, so it may last longer but isn't going to have as much grip as a tire with a lower rating as it is a softer tire. keep them inflated at the correct psi and make sure your car is aligned properly and your answer will be yes it is a good tire.

I was looking at these, they are rated very well. I got the Nitto NeoGen's right before the Invo's came out i believe... so I will be waiting for another year or two hopefully to get them.. but I have heard good things about them.

To put things in perspective. I had the Nitto NT-01's for a good 4 months before they were worn to their limits. Was it worth the extra traction...yes. Was it worth the money....no.

A performance tire somewhere in the middle will really be a good bang for the buck.

I got the Nitto 555's on my tC now, and so far the tread wear isn't that bad and the handles are very nice, I'd say a step over the Neogens.

I was going to go with the 555's but since I dont do any racing or sliding around in my tC and needed a good road daily driver series. The tire place suggested the NeoGen since I was set on Nitto tires. I can say very little tire wear over a year later. These tires have saved my butt on rain soaked or ice covered interstates with the way drivers are in this state.

Yeah, I actually have had nothing but Neogens on my tC up until last week.. I kinda like the 555's better thus far...
