Wash Solvent | Need for refinishing CF hood! Input?

Ok, I'm looking to purchase some automotive wash solvent... I've attached a picture of the type I've seen used to refinish, but does anyone know of the following ingredients and perhaps a substitute for this particular type?

Ingredients:
Methyl Acetate
Methyl Alcohol
Toluene
V.M. and P Naphtha
Tetrahydrofuran
