STREET BATTLE Import vs Domestic car show and race: Sunday, October 1st at Thunder Valley Raceway in Noble, Oklahoma. Car show and racer registration at 10am, judging begins at 1:00. Heads up qualifying at 11:00, 12:00, and 1:00. Heads up eliminations at 2:30, 4:00, and 5:30.

I can get Tein S springs off of Ebay all day long for about $150 (including shipping). The only problem is the shipping time. Do you think anyone around here can get even close to that?

I called Glenn earlier, he doesn't have anything :( he said he could get Tanabes in about 3 days, and could get Eibachs in about 2 days. he said he could get the Teins but they can't give us as good a deal on those.

I don't know if I'm ever pulling that thing off... It took no time to switch out, but it was a BIOTCH to line up.

I got my Scikotics window stickers today... It's official! I'm going back tomorrow for an additional mmmmmm somethin'. hehe! And I ordered my Tanabi DF Springs. Unfortunately, they will probably not arrive until Monday or Tuesday. :(

Well registration starts at 10 so I guess we should meet around 9, that should give us time to pick up any stragglers and to get there and get in line.

The car wash sounds like a good place to meet, just give me an address so i can ounch it in the navi.

Man, that sucks. I passed out a card to a tc owner yesterday and invited him to come, hopefully he will show up.....he didnt say but seemed interested.

Well, first I'm extremely glad the Texas peeps didn't waste their time coming to this show, it would have been cool to hang out but the show was lame.

Here's how lame it was. There were 4 Scions there; me, Clay, Robert and Vaughn. I won Best Scion Mild and Clay won Best Scion Wild.

And, we took home Best Club Participation with Vaughn losing his registration sheet. :rofl2: Yep, thats right, Best Club Participation with 3 registered members. :rofl2:


It was $25 to register for the show AND you had to pay $15 for your passenger, so $40 to get in and there were only like 50 cars in the show tops. :no:

And judging was suposed to start at 1, at noon some kid with a clipboard came up and almost walked around our cars and said he was done judging them. I even asked him if he wanted to know about any custom stuff and he said "no, there's no place on the sheet for that". :loser:

Me too, we didn't have any. Vaughn lost his sheet and Robert's interior is still stripped out cause hes redoing his system. It was just lame, we tried to get them to give us the trophies early since we knew the winners so we could leave....lol. Hell, we even knew who was going to win Best in Show as soon as he rolled in.

Although, we wouldn't have gotten the Club award then. :rofl2:
