i popped the top off first then the bottom. its about 4 clips i believe.

got it. thanks. easy install. the fronts work great but the rears only work on the high setting. so there is no improvement over the stock switch for the rear wiper.

i been thinking about using the switch for the rears to control some lighting but not sure how it will come out. since it has power coming out from there. lol

Did this mod today. Really easy - less than 10 minutes.

From a thread at Yarisworld, for the high/low to work for the rear wiper you need a relay from the back wiper of the Prius. It also requires a wire to be run from the relay back to the switch on the column. Maybe the relay could be mounted under the dash for an easier/shorter run for the return wire.

The difference between the two parts is the newer ones have icons instead of text. I like the look of the icons better, but have been looking around the web for a few weeks and couldn't find one.

For those of you with a rear wiper delete already. The Corolla wiper control will work and not have the rear wiper control which looks cleaner if you don't have a rear wiper.
