Tire Blocks

Anyone know where to get tire blocks that are seen in this picture??? I want them completely plain if possible:

check with local tire shops, all they are is a display stand, i see them alot at big 10 and such, ask them if they can give any of em up. then just paint them. also i have been told that bfgoodrich aka michelen. will send you banners displays ect.. for a price. check with them. also ebay i have seen and bid on many banners and such from bfg and hankook ( though never won) i have seen these on their also.

All the blocks i've ever had came from where i bought my tires......
