I just got an Email from Kennedy and wanted to share it with Yall
We are losing Michael Kennedy as the Manager of Scion for SET:-(:-(
Well, Not totally, He got a big promotion:-)
He is now in charge of Marketing for all of SET, so he now handles Toyota and Scion Congrats to Michael!!!!!!!!!
I know and have met his replacement, Elton Pride and he is good people and hope to continue the excellent relationship with SET and Scikotics that has been developed over the past year.

Here is a bit of Michaels Email
I have been with you every day since the beginning, February 03, 2004, when we first launched Scion. At the time I didn't know what the term "tuner" meant, let alone "tuner events." So I subscribed to a rack of mags like Super Street, Siphon and Modified; started to hang out with Scion freaks at the dealership level like Jonathan Powell, Ivan Garneff, Steve Saporito and Brandy Wilson and passionate owners outside of the dealerships like Ray Chapman, Brant Good (aka Boxzilla), Tammy Bradley, Malane (Angel), Jose Gonzalez (Double Z) - to name just a few; attended tuner events like NOPI Nationals and Hot Import Nights;bought a Scion (#1 of 2500 RS 4.0 xB - That's right, number one!); became pals with tuner celebrities like Troy Sumitomo, Glenn Oyoung, NOPIMAN and Rado; always trying to learn something from each of you. Ultimately, I became one of you: a Scion Freak and proud of it!
From the Scion newsletters (yes, I know, I owe you a few back issues still), Scion Spin DVDs and this eGroup communication hub to the Scion Exposed events, I've attempted to show you the respect and acknowledgement that you deserve.
You guys are SET's engagement marketing pioneers! You've been #1 in the nation for over FOUR CONSECUTIVE YEARS! That's quite a tribute to your ability, skill and dedication. And you're #1 again for the month of May (by 260 vehicle sales as of 9:45pm)!
I will take the lessons you've taught me to my new position as SET's engagement marketing manager. Thank you for being the very best, enthusiastic FREAKS I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Elton Pride returns to take the Scion helm at SET and I'll be there for a smooth and seamless transition. Elton understands Scion better than anyone else I know at SET, so you're in good, capable hands. As the engagement dude, I'll be close by and always at the ready.
