my pioneer D1 won't eject the CD! any help?

Basically thats it.....wont open so I can push the eject button.....not sure whats up...never had an issue in two years.

any ideas?

most cd players have a pin hole next to the cd slot which is a manual eject button, you can take a paper clip, straighten it out and stick it in the hole and push it in and the disk should eject ( if your player has this) i have only seen one that hasnt had it.

There is a way to lock a CD into the drive and I don't have the procedure in front of me because I am not at work and I haven't done it in a while. I am guessing you accidently triggered this. Either that or the ejecting mechanism went bad.
