Room Rates:
$97.95 for standard rooms with one king or two queen size beds. Upgrade rooms may be available at additional cost.

Room Reservations: Individuals will be responsible for making their own reservations and guarantee of those reservations. Room block cutoff date will be 30 days prior to arrival date.

We do encourage you to use the show hotel to help support the event.
We will have slightly less expensive rooms nearby soon.

Some events planned:
* An at dusk rolling police escorted glow off parade involving you & your Scion with lots of spectators, so bring some candy!
* Cruising through the Ozarks on mapped out scenic roads off on your own, in groups, whatever you want!
* Amazing show setting on the grounds of our sponsored hotel with a top notch restaurant, pool, and conference center. Leave your Scion safe & secure a few feet from your room where only Scions are allowed!
* Several show classes from daily driver to insane.

Things to bring:
Walkie-talkie, canopy tent (it will probably be hot and there might not be shade), chairs, etc.

This event will be unlike any other Scion event you have been to, and if this will be your first we expect it to be your best! SciKoTiCs AsYlum is an event hosted by SciKoTiCs for all Scion owners! This event will be slightly different with more focus on just chilling out over crazy itineraries. So if you need to drive a long way, we built this event around you! If you decide to park your Scion and not move it until you are ready to leave you have that option! With Eureka Springs free trolley rides you can go everywhere you want in town!

Yea, last year was the first Asylum that I have missed. It would be fun to make it down there and see all the old friends. Maybe Amy and I will have to plan a vacation down there this summer.

Alrighty folks, this is quickly coming up. I think we're going to have a lil meet here at my apartment on Thursday night before we leave for the show on Friday morning. I figured we could grill a little and have a taping party! I'm still not sure who all is going from Iowa, so please let us know and we can see if we can all head down in a Sciko Convoy.

Also, please let me know if you're coming to the taping party/meet so we know how much food to get. Let me know if you need my address and I'll PM or text it to you.

Feel free to bring some food as well!

I wanted to go really badly but it's looking like a no go , money is the biggest thing then comes time of which I have very little of anymore . Everyone going have a great time and rep Iowa for me .

Chips would be good Joe. I think we are going to say bring your own drinks (completely up to you what you want to drink here, haha!) We will be meeting here at my place around 7 on Thursday night.

Just to re-cap things that we will want to take to Asylum with us:

Chairs
Cleaning stuff
Canopy/tent: Joe will be bringing one and I was able to borrow one from Scion of Des Moines
Snacks and drinks
Walkie-talkies: This is something that we've done in the past, but I don't have any this year. If anyone has some we could borrow, it might be a good idea. This is generally quicker than calling, especially with more than two cars.
Swim trunks: THERE'S A POOL!!!
Cooler: I'm not sure if each room has a mini-fridge at this point.

I think this is going to be a great time!
