I'm collecting suspension parts so come spring it'll be a one shot job. I'm. Getting tanabe dfs still determining dampers. My question is what other parts should I replace, to be trouble free as long as possible. Thanks

The car has 104k so just wondering in anyone's experience is there something they wish they did before lowering it. Replacement wise
I *could* be wrong, but as far as I know if you are planning on dropping your car a good bit (i.e.- over 1.7 or so inches) its a good idea to get struts too.
Sooo in that case, BUMP for better info.

I'm at 125k all stock with no issues. Been lowered for about 120k. I have noticed the rubber on the sway bar end links is pretty worn and cracked up. Might want to look at those.

I've been very happy with Koni yellow dampers.
They were on my xA & are probably going on my tC.
There are cheaper ones if you are going just for looks, but for function, Koni.

I have heard good things about koni. Gotta see it budget allows it though, or the wife ha. I made a deal every dollar I spend on my car I have to spend 1 for what she wants. It's gonna b a long winter but at least a car gets done first heehee j/k

yeah highly reccomend replacing the sway bushings with poly, huge improvement even if the factory ones arent worn. only 15-20 for a universal set or 25-30 for a direct kit
