Northwest Florida Chapter?

So I think there are chapters in my area (Fort Walton Beach) and I've seen an xB with an Emerald Coast Scikotics sticker, but looks like there might also be a Northern Panhandle Chapter...

I've requested to join both, but I really have no idea where I should be looking. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure Emerald coast was absorbed into North Panhandle.
