What's up everyone? I roll an '08 xB in Clovis, NM. I just moved here and haven't seen what the scion scene is like. I am looking to join a close chapter.

Welcome to Scikotics. Just out of curiousity, were you tagged by a Scikotics memeber or how did you hear about Scikotics? I run the Amarillo Chapter in Tx wich is a little of your way about 2hrs away but i think we may be the closest chapter to you.

You could always join our chapter for now until you can possibly start a chapter in you location if youd like. 2hrs is really not to bad of a drive to come and visit the rillo chapter on a few of our meets.

No I wasn't tagged. I had seen a few rides when I lived in AZ. We just moved out here two months ago. I was looking at the chapter list and I think you are the closest. How often are meets?

well in amarillo we are actually a small group right now trying to grow our chapter. For now we meet once a month untill we can grow a bit bigger. Then will probably start doing bi weekly meets in the future. We just got done with our january meet yesterday so our next meet isnt untill mid to end of february. Your more than welcome to come join us for our next meet if your down. Just let me know and ill give you some info.

Keep me updated. For now my box is just lowered with billwt grilles. Right now my money goes to the '71 bug I am redoing for my wife. Needs to warm up a bit so I can finish painting it.

cool. well good luck on the bug. Dont worry to much on modding your ride. Its not a requirement to have to mod your ride. Its a choice. Although if you chose to mod ill be more than happy to help you out with finding the parts and doing installs on your ride. Installs is a service i offer for free to all Scikos. All you pay for is for parts.

Ill let you know when the date is set for our next meet. If you decide to come down ill have a stack of tagging cards waiting for you to give out in your location to maybe get a chapter started in your location or maybe just help our chapter grow a little more if you decide to just stick with us instead. Ill PM you my number. Shoot me a text so i can get your number and ill hit you up later when i got some more info for you. Also one thing to maybe make plans for if your intrested is to tagg along with us to go to Asylum 2011. Asylum is one of the biggest Scion only shows hosted by the Tulsa chapter of Scikotics. Its held every year around the first or second week of June. Its a great place to see some nice rides, get ideas for your ride, and meet new friends all while having a blast. Theres still plenty of time to make plans to go so if you think you may be down id love to know.
