Volunteers for Asylum 2011

Were going to need some folks to help run the show. We posted this early so if any of you are interested and willing you will need to be there a day in advance of the show

Expect, long hours, no pay and pyscho bosses to listen to....:hunter0cj:


General Operations

Traffic control

Game hosts (must be mean and have nasty diabolical games to play)

Car show judges (model specific )

DJ ( we need a DJ with serious sound equipment)

Videographer (to capture the insanity)

We will have a meeting friday afternoon 4 pm for those that can make it and assign team leaders for the show

We nned help with registration and to add up the scoring after the judges have done their thing

Also a few folks to just help orginize things at the show for traffic control
