So i'm at work and I pull my car into the little garage we got here to play with where i can put my 12" cathodes I got for my underdash... I swapped the UV's for blue's cuz one of my UV's broke(my fault)... Well neways, I wanted to put them under the dash but I wanted them hidden, both of them, I can hide the one on the drivers side good but then it doesnt provide enough lite(I put it on the lip)...The passengers side one sticks out a little but lights up the interior a lot more...So as i'm sitting there thinking I had an idea, wut about putting them on the sides of the center console towards the footarea(where the plastic meets the carpet going downward)....Now I know there not hidden but I happened to love the look and it puts out a lot of light, my whole cabin lights up blue, I'm just wondering what you fellow scikos would think about it if you seen it at a show or something, thanks.....I'll take a pic when I get home and show you wut I mean...

If anybody still keeps up with this thread..... i need some help

I'm going to install LED bars under the dash and i need to know what all i'll have to get so i can do it right the first time.

Switch and LED bars are a given but not sure if there is anything else i would need. Also, want to know what your guy's opinion is on where to tap the power and the ground. Feel free to PM me or just post here. Any ideas will do.

extra wire, wire connectors, wire strippers (or scissors), electrical tape, zip ties, and maybe a six pack.

for the ground, just pick a bolt that goes into metal near where the lights are going.
for the power, do you want it on only when the car is on or do you want to be able to turn them on when the car is off? I tapped into my power wire for my amp to run all my other extras like leds
