intake problem

I just installed an injen short ram for my 08 tC. I followed the instructions word for word and when i was done, i plugged the sensor back in and the battery. I started the engine and it sounded great. Everything worked except for the power window on the right side, sunroof, and the auto roll up/down. I checked the fuses in the engine and under dash but they all seemed fine, none were cracked. Any other possibilities for the problem?? What other reason they wouldnt work except for blown fuses? Should i replace some fuses and which ones? Need some help.....:oops: thanks!

any time you take your battery cables off you have to reset the windows and sunroof. this link shoud help for the windows, the sunroof you just have to hold the buttom http://www.yoursciontc.com/information/howto_powerwindow_fix.htmldown till it works and open and clost it a couple of times.

have to admit, spent a lot of time in parking garages and going under overpasses when i first got one......but i was younger then.......
