I need help plus some answers. My engine is shaking a little when i turn it on i thought it was maybe my cold air intake that was loose but is not. When i put it on drive it shakes more and u feel it on the stiring wheel. When u change the gears from PARKING to DRIVE there is no noise so i know is not the motor mounts does anyone know what it could be? Thank U.

Maybe weak spark. Check plugs and wires. If not, Mass Air Flow is going out.

I'm going to ask anyways even though it sounds like you have a automatic. Is this a stick or auto? If it's stick what clutch do you have? If it's a auto than disregard my question.

Also check your MAF this will also cause your ride to act irratick. Could be loose from your CIA install or just plain dirty or worse broke.

Let me know

They say if you change gears on your car like from Park to Drive and to Reverse and you heard a big like thump sound that that is a sign of needing new mounts and when u feel it in the stering wheel vibrate. I dont have the noise when i change gears but the vibration on the stering wheel i do have. Question: how many motor mounts does the xB have because i am not just going to change one i will rather change them all.

Yeah, check your wires/condition of sparke plugs.
As for what to clean your M.A.F.S with, you can use a can of injector cleaner or carb. cleaner. Remove your M.A.F.S from your ride, spray off the stem...making sure not to break it. Re-install it, making sure it's nice and tight. Start it and see if it's still shaking.

Now, as for your lights and RPM acting up when your HOT boxing your switches???, what you might be doing is stressing your window regulators, which take a deep draw from your charging system. Maybe, you should have your charging system checked out.

I had the same problem when I had my Weapon R intake. I slapped new plugs in and it continued. Then simply removed the Mass Airflow Sensor, made sure to put it in tightly..... BAM!!! Shaking went away!
