do you need a relay harness for an HID kit for an xa?

My wife has an XA and I have a TC. I ran a relay harness as the TC folks instructed but does the Xa need to have one?

i ran one for a while with out one but one side kinda flickered a little and when my bass hit it would go out. so i got a harness and it fixed it.

You will definitely need one on any car that doesn't come stock with hid.

I would pick one up. They are usually only $15 and I rather just spend that, than chance something burning my oem harness or flicking hids

Its a toss up really if she is a basser I would get it but my wifes XA has had HIDs for like 2-1/2 yrs without an issue she is not the loud music type so there is no extreme current draw to affect it.
