i want to pull my rear hatch, front grill, and sterring wheels emblems and replace them with toyota emblems.
does anyone know which toyota emblems will fit? or does anyone have part numbers?
any info will be greatly appreciated. i have also heard that the rear 08-09 corolla badges will fit the rear perfectly. is this true?

No, both will work for the tc rear garnish. i'm unsure about what will work for the front grill. your best bet (to be safe) is to take your car up to your local toyota shop and ask them. They should have spare emblems there that they can match up to it. there's a bunch of SL guys that did that with very positive results.

That's bullshit right there. EVERY Toyota store has what is called a "parts catalog system" on their parts department computers. They can simply pull up that part by drilling down to it via the catalog. If they turned you down like that, then yes - they are pricks. That being said, the catalog will not give the dimentions of the badges. It's good for getting a part number, but not how big it is. I'll give our Toyota stores' parts manager a call tomorrow - see if I can get a part number for that badge on an 09 xB. Shoot me a PM if I don't get back to you in a timely manner ;)

PART NUMBERS
08-09 Scion xB Emblems
Front - 7544152050
Back - 75441-12A20 (last digit MIGHT be a Q - I can't read my own hand writing - LOLOL)
08-09 Toyota Corolla Emblems
Front - 75301-02010
Back - 75431-02080
Now I also saw a thread on clubxb.com where they used an emblem from an '08 Camry, THAT part number (for the toyota badge) is 90975-02046. They say it's an exact fit replacement for the 08 Scion front grille:

Lol, that's padanky's ride, and x2 on the Camry badge. And That dealership doesn't sound that good
Just so you understand, the parts guys don't want to be responsable.
If you go in with a vin number of the car you measured, you will get the one you want. I'm doing something simular. Damn, those things are pricey.
180 for the one I want

FYI -- For an exact fit rear Toyota badge, get a Rumion rear from Carson Toyota.
