S Techs Ftw!!!

I got my s techs put on over the weekend everyone, and I have got to say, I'm very happy w/ the results. The drop is perfect, nice and low, but the handling and ride comfort are great. Lets put it this way, theres a turn I go through to get to my buddies house and the limit is 35, i can take it doing 70 easily, i'm very impressed on how well it handles, it just sticks... Im gonna try and get some pics up, but i dont know where my camera went...

Yeah, I loved my S Techs, but my lip kit didn't get along with them and the road to much. they got into a lot of physical altercations.......

Your gonna love em bro, they make the car handle sooo much better, I have close to zero body roll compared to wut it was, i take turns like i'm ridin on rails....

I love my S techs... great for all kinds of applications. And the ride is great for the drop! I wish I could keep em :( but it's time to move up! I need something adjustable for autocross... especially camber :)

while you wait go hit some corners and note your top speed before understeer, then do the same tomarrow after the install, give you something to do and to compare.

i have a g-meter, so i have proven numbers of increase in cornering.

haha so today i tackled my first spring swap and i ran into alot of problems and i had to call don alot...haha but i got the rear springs in and the fronts are going on tomorrow ill post pics then

S-Techs are great. They offer a great drop but one thing I don't like about them is the stiffness. On my Maxima they tended to bottom out the strut rather quickly even with cut bumpstops.

No not really. I thought i was scraping pretty bad. Came out it was a zipp tie i forgot to cut.

mine squeak and make all sorts of noises as i go over bumps....maybe you just dont hear it cuz your radio is on or something....there supposed to make noise i guess until they start to settle.....

I know when I put my S-techs on they did not squeak at all. Do you know where the squeak is coming from?? If you did not get the interior put back in tight it might squeak over bumps. :?

my stechs didnt squeak, strange, i dont think springs can squeak. maybe something real close to the spring is squeaking...shocks,bolts,thinga ma jig. i dont know. good luck.

yeah idk i hope it goes away.....i may just have to go back under there and make sure everything is tight...ill do that in a couple days if it continues

My S-tech's should be in Tuesday, and I thing I will have to do them myself because my brother has a XB we work together and we are off different days so I'm on my own with it. Maybe I wont run into any prob's.

the noise is i think the endlink on my rear sway is broke...well thats what the guy at the shop said when i got my alignment and he even showed me where and thats the sound..gotta get that fixed soon

Got my S-Tech's put on last night, man that was a pain took me about 5 hours on my own. well it took me 4 hours to do the left side and about a hour to do the other side. But it was worth it all. So far no sqeak or ping, everything is quiet so I got it all right.
