i just installed my ksports on my 2006.5 xb and now the front it clunking when i hit a bump or dip in the road. i had the same problem after i installed my df210's so i just tightened the top bolt holding the strut assembly together and it was fixed. but i cant figure out why its making that noise now. i double checked everything and its all tight. need help fast!

may be your bump stop?

strut isn't bottoming out is it? how much preload is on the spring? and if you're dumped, it could be the sway bar hitting the frame.

Check to see if there is enough grease in your ball joints. Also check to see if the zirk fittings are there and operational. Hope this helps.

zirk fitting is where you connect a grease gun to in order to grease a component.

scion front end parts are all sealed unless some parts have been replaced before, so there won't be any fittings to grease.

if it is the swar bar thats hitting my frame would that be the reason why my stearing wheel feels a little more lose than normal?
and would it help if i replaced my end link bushings with these?
