Ok, so I have a Weapon-R Dragon intake waiting to be put on. Currently, I have an Option Racing CAI (with the crappy filter it came with). So, I got to thinking. Should I yank the CAI out and replace it with the Dragon kit? Or leave the CAI piping and just replace the paper element with the Dragon foam element?

do a full swap on your car, then buy a better filter and put the old one on heathers box...

If you do that get a AEM dryflow filter to replace it with. Its like the K&N's only you don't have to re-oil it. You just wash n'go. Thats what I am doing eventually. Installing the K&N typhoon intake and replacing the filter with AEM dryflow.

Too late. :-) I have a pair of intakes. Hers was an easy choice since it's stock.
