Gear oil?

I tried a search and came up with nothing, So my question is this: What gear oil and what weight would you recommend for a manual tranny '07 tC?

u can do the redline mt-90

or the amsoil... i belive 75w90, put in one quart of amsoil synchromesh and its nice

yea i have amsoil severe gear. 75w 90. gear noise didnt change unfortunately.

All Data automotive software at work says:

Type: Gear oil, API GL-4 or GL-5

Recommended oil viscosity: SAE 75w-90

Capacity: 2.5qts.
