Car Show in later part of the year in PCB!!!!

Okay, I have talked to one of our local sponsors and they are wanting to help sponsor a BIG part of our first show here in PCB!!! YAY:mro:

Now, first things first, I need some input on the day????
We will be using their property for showing, chillin, vending, EVERYTHING, they are even going to offer EVERYONE who attends and needs a place to stay BIG discounts!!! So, this is the time frames they have given us and what they think will be best.....

October 25th
November 01
November 02
November 15
November 22

I personally think that November 01 or 02nd would be best, they have the cruisin the coast that starts on the 03rd!!!

Please you guys, we need feedback on this!!
I will be in contact with other sponsors for music, vendors, banners, shirts and everything else and keep you all posted as I find out more!!
We would like for EVERYONE to be able to attend if possible since it will be our first show, we want to make a BIG impression on the community!! Half of all the profit will go to CHARITY!!!

My vote is Nov. 2nd...Sunday. Sunday shows are better because it gives Saturday to show preparation and travel. However, the Kahuna will go to any PCB show any time.

OKAY!!! The date has been set to Saturday November 01st and the time will most likely be from 12-6 ish!!! For those of you comming in from out of town, we have a GREAT hotel with GREAT discounts on the beach for you, and we'll be having a big dinner greet and meet the night before (Friday November 02nd) We will keep you all posted as we get more final details.
