I am the person who purchased his Turbo kit back in January of this year and still have pieces missing from it. Around the beginning of this year I was in the market turbo kit so I decided to look around and research through different types of companies from Dezod, Descendant, and Ptuning. After narrowing down my choices I came down to the conclusion of getting a Ptuning kit. I've waited for bit for any type of sales Ptuning might offer but then seen Mike(ElevationtC) selling his. I've always watched all his youtube videos and also his discussions on Scionlife for the longest of time and felt he was legit and he won't screw me over or anything. Boy was I totally wrong.
In the month of January I spoke with him on PM and then on the Phone until the transaction has completed. He also told me he will included an adapter with the Kit which that adapter was never included until he purchased it separate. There was some mishap from UPS delaying my shipping because there was a massive snow storm in my area. After a while I finally receive his Turbo kit and so I decided to open everything up and seen that I'm missing some stuff and the FMIC is damaged. I looked at the Turbo Manifold and seen that the one tube has been sanded down and the rest has not....I'm like saying wtf he never told me that? I gave him a call and told him the FMIC is damaged and also about the polished section of the turbo manifold. He replied to me I was in the process of polishing it when it was in my car but did not finish it. I was going to finish polishing it for you but wanted to get the kit sent out to you asap. Wtf? Are you serious? Thanks for telling me in advance. So I called personally to UPS about it but the lady told me she has to speak with the Shipper so I let Mike handle that. UPS sent a driver out to my way to pick up the FMIC for inspection and review and then will let me know what they are going to do with it. Couple days has passed and I get a call from Mike that UPS sent the FMIC back to him :confused::confused::confused::confused:. UPS Insurance is total bull____.
Now the waiting begins...... Mike(elevationtC) tells me he will pay for any shop to polish for me and also purchase me a new FMIC from Ptuning. I have not seen any money coming in for getting the manifold polished. So the patient waiting begins (makes me feel like the people that's waiting for Turbo Toyota Parts).

Notified him that I did not received the MAF Adapter
April 1st, 2010 Email received from him
Email Stating if I'm sure and that he could have sworn he placed it in there with his kit. What I'm confused about here is why didn't he mounted to the MAF flange that's on the piping so it would not be "missing" :confused: Stated that if not he will order randode MAF Adapter. He also mentioned that It looks like he will have the FMIC money next week.

I asked him about the status of the FMIC, Tbolt clamp, and MAF adapter. Replies back to me stating that he place the order for the adapter on Tuesday. Also Monday morning he will order my FMIC.

Tells me that he's ordering my FMIC, Tbolt clamp. I then inspected the kit again and looked at the pictures ptuning has on their site and I told him that I'm also missing the breather filter on the valve cover and also the pig tails for fans. He stated that he's 1000% sure he sent it.

After trying to txt him, PM him, Email him for almost a month he finally gets back to me and states "Im emailing the guy from randode now, He's pissing me off! I think he is a scam artist.... Ptuning has had intercoolers but is filling there back ordered turbo kits first." I do not know how true that is as I feel I do not have the right to be asking Ptuning about their inventory like that.

Been txting him and emailing him between this time and finally received a reply from him stating "Ptuning now has them, and im waiting to get paid.. what im going to do is just send you the money which it costs to replace the intercooler. And you deal with them, that way it eliminates me from the loop, and you know you have it.."

Between this time I sent him and email asking what's the status on the parts and he finally replies back this day stating "Yup, im trying to sell a couple things on scionlife now, and then paypal you with that money!"

I txted him asking when will he be able to send me the money for the FMIC, Tbolt, Pig Tail Fan Harness. He states next week. I then told him I'm taking my little cousins to Disney World so I will be in his neck of the woods that week. He replies back in surprise and stuff.

Between this dates I've txted him and emailed him stating how long does an echeck clear and stuff and he finally replies and tells me that it will take 2 weeks to clear and also tells me to "trust him."

I have given him the benefit of the doubt and and counting the days from the 9th of July until it's two weeks. I given it a couple more days and then started to email him, txt him, and called him like crazy asking that he send my money already and that he has already be alloted well over enough time. He then replies back to me on email me sent from his phone:
"dude, IM at work right now. If you keep calling me like that. I will bring up harasment charges.
You do know people have jobs right?
I replied back to him "I understand you have a job and all but after waiting several months and seeing no progress is making me feel something is up. Before I went to florida you said ill have the money the following week. Then you said its an echeck and takes two weeks to clear. Well has the check cleared yet?
I then receive another email from him then Apologizing how he reacted and that he has bills to pay and so forth. I stated to him that I have the same amount of bills you have and probably plus more with my loans college. He then stated now can he do a payment plan or something and also gave me a list of stuff he had for sale that he will sell it to me for dirt cheap. I just want my money for the FMIC so I can be boosted again anytime this summer.

I emailed him that I agree he can make payments. He then replies to me that how I want to work this out and get the total amount that it cost from Ptuning on the FMIC. I don't understand how I have to go out of my way and call Ptuning and ask them how much it is when he's the one that owes me it. He also tells me to order it myself first.
This month I found out that the economy is serious hitting the fan and I'm getting laid off. So I'm not going to order the FMIC cause I do not see how that's my problem to be ordering it.
I tried several times Emailing him, txting him, calling him after this date.

I tried txting him some more and emailing him but he has not replied so I decided to give him a call and to my surprise he Requested Verizon to place a phone restriction on my phone number that I cannot txt him or call him anymore. Look how shady this situation is getting...I just want my freaking STUFF man!!!!!

Wtf!?!?!? July 28th he mention about he's at work and stuff and he's telling me that he just got a job a week ago? Now this is seriously shady looking all together with the phone restriction for me calling him and all this excuses.
He then emails me again "You told me you were going to buy a fmic and let me make payments to you? I asked you about payments and last I got from you? I know, it’s a pita for you I do.. But I am trying and not trying to deceive or "BLOW you OFF"
He then emails me a screen shot of his online statement showing me how much he has in his bank account. How do I know you don't have another account that's not visible?
