PLCC LED'S xB....

So I got my new gauge cluster for my xB, and since I had it all out, I wanted to change out the LED's to green. I was told to buy the PLCC's for the four clock LEDs but when I opened it up, the stock amber ones are a lot smaller...will the PLCC's be okay??

Also, the four that are in the clock, which are already PLCC's, I am changing out too...but they are a PAIN to un-solder...anyone have any tips????

I was able to get one done in half hour!! I dont want to rush it but I dont want to take 5 hours to change these little things out....

the bigger ones will work :up:
as far as unsoldering, we started on one side and flipped it up after it was loose and then did the other side.
