ok i've been thinking about going with this set up when i get the money and i wanted to see what peeps thought of it and if its worth it. i wana get the nst pulleys. WP-Lite water pump pulley, 20% overdrive alternator pulley, and the 20% under drive lite crank pulley. nst says that the under drive crank pulley will put out more hp than just the lite weight one so i wanted to go with that one. hoping to free up about 10 whp hopefully. sound good?

it allows the engine to spin faster, so don't think of it as a hp gain, think of it more light a weight reduction - same power, just put to better use. Increases fuel economy too - great mod.
Underdrive pulleys are fine, but your A/C won't be as cold, and you'll decrease opperating voltage from the alternator...underdrive pulleys help with power, but IMO, unless you're going balls to the wall, and making this car a purebred racecar, I'd stick with OE sized lightweight pulleys - the difference is like .8hp, seriously.

:ponder:be careful with the crank pulley the under drive pulley has a high tendence to blow the motor!also the alternater pulley might not give you as much running voltage
