will the 2008 front and rear bumper fit on the 2005?

Yup -- its the same exact car -- just with a few "tweaks"

The only things that I know of that aren't interchangeable are under the hood. I could be wrong but to my knowledge that is all that I know different.

Yup they both have the same fit. Just do some tweaks to your bumpers and you can surely install it.
