iPod direct control?

Does any one know if the iPod direct control can be turned off on the standard pioneer stereo?

If so how?

I cant seem to find it in the units manual.

Why do you want to turn it oFf? I don't think it can be turned off

well i have the pioneer premium, the one with the screen. idk if u have that one or the other orange one. but for mine u turn it off through the power button. then hold menu and factory settings come up. u can change everything on there.
