We just ran the first of many tests on a new intake manifold design for the 2.4L TC and Xb engines. We will post power numbers for the final configuration, but so far we have managed to up the power peak by a solid 8 hp and the gains are as high as 15 hp at the top of the rev range. Further testing may unearth greater gains. Testing is very difficult and time consuming with the intake positioned behind the motor. We'll keep you posted after we run a few more tests.

are you testing it on an xb2 or a tc? the xb is rated at 6 less hp, so that's why I ask.
Keep us posted. I want one.

didn't have enough money, and I really wasnt happy with the way the car drove, shifted, etc. Too much money was being put into maintenance alone, and I couldn't find anyone willing to tune my car, so I just took the opportunity and said fuck it.
I've always been a huge fan of N/A track cars anyway, so I'm back to my origins, so to speak. lol

The intake was tested on a 2008 NA Xb motor. We are doing further testing this week and hope to have additional info. I will post graphs as soon as we have decided on the exact configuration (we have tested 27 different configurations already). The gains offered by the intake design will be beneficial to both NA and forced induction applications.

We are hoping to keep the retail pricing for the intake at $699.
