Any threads or discussions i see on projectors are pretty old. Are projector headlights available for this car yet? If so where can i get them?

I been emailing companies and still no answer. It took 3 years for projectors to come out for my 05 Ford Focus. They said the reason why it took so long is because when a car is new, high school kids don't have them. But when the car is out there for a while, then they do. I don't think this is the reason for the XD. I think we don't have them because we are the step child.

UGh... I hate the look of the stock lights, and I hate the look of the baked head lights.
Even the Forjworks eyelids do nothing to fix the ugliness of the head lights!

Sorry but I felt like digging this one out of the grave. I am going to take an educated guess, since I have been all over google searching, and say that we still do not have any projector lights available just like how we do not have any aftermarket tail lights either.

You can retrofit some projector lenses into your stock housing, but it would be pricey to have someone else do it and it you do it still need projector lenses and would have to do some work to make them fit.
As for Tailights, there was some LED tails out from toyota I believe but that is about it.

there were led tails but the were discontinued because of faultiness, some of the leds wouldnt work, moisture would creep behind the lens. little problems. as for projectors that would be very nice but i have 6k HID's for now with led parking lights so im liking my headlights.

Production was stopped due to a defect were water would enter the housing.

Did you have to adjust your headlight down? I have been thinking of getting HID's but what has kept me from getting them is because the right way to do it is with projectors.

yea, i got pulled over twice cus i never adjusted them (didnt know how) then my friend told me how to so i did and now there perfect no more problems. i just went to a wall in a parkin lot and i pointed the beams at it (about 20 feet away) and adjusted them like that. and be aware if u do get HID's about installation. there is only ONE way you can put them in the housing, i managed to sumhow install them upside down so them beam was pointed upward as oppose to straight ahead.

I was able to put our regular bulb in upside down so I don't know how true the "there is only one way for this to fit" fact is haha. But there is only one position that the bulb should be in. Thanks for the information.

yea thats what i meant, there are slots that you put the prongs in and technically you can only put them in one way though you can install it without doing that but than your housing wont be sealed.
