OK- The votes are tallied for the March movie, so it is time to post up the info and roll call!
Per your votes, the movie we will be screening on Friday, April 4th will be:

Directions:
FROM SAN FRANCISCO: Take 101 north to the Petaluma Blvd. South exit. Continue down Petaluma Boulevard until you see the cinemas on C Street.
FROM EAST BAY/SOUTH BAY: Take 880 north to 580 west to 101 north to the Petaluma Blvd. South exit. Continue down Petaluma Boulevard until you see the cinemas on C Street.
FROM SOLANO & SACRAMENTO: Take 80 west to 37 west to 101 north to the Petaluma Blvd. South exit. Continue down Petaluma Boulevard until you see the cinemas on C Street.

Parking is available until midnight at the Theatre Square parking garage just across from the cinemas, and on-street in various areas around Theatre Square. NOTE: The garage security locks down the stairways and elevators at midnight, and the entire garage at 2am- If you are parked in the garage, you will have to move your car to the on-street parking areas around the theatre before midnight, or risk being towed.

The show will begin between 12:30 and 1am, after the theatre is cleared of the evening's last paying customers.
Just before the show there will be a mini-raffle (prizes TBA) You will get a ticket as you sign in upon entering the building.

At around 11PM or so, we will head over to the theatre (you might want to consider moving out of the parking garage if you parked in it). I will be conducting tours of the theatre and projection booth for those that wish to check out what I do for a living :lalala:

The RULES:
1. This invite is for Scikotics members and their immediate family (spouse/SO and/or children), or ONE guest, and people outside Scikotics personally invited by Aaron ONLY. NO exceptions to this rule. Post your name and guest's name (if applicable) on the roll call in this thread- The roll call will be used to control entry- if your name or your guest's is not on the roll call, you will not be allowed to enter. Additionally, you will be required to sign in before the screening begins. (company policy)
2. Please DO NOT post this invite on SL, MySpace, Facebook, ItsMyScion, Club xB or any other publicly-accessed site- this is for SCIKOTICS ONLY.
3. The theatre staff (this may include one of the theatre managers an/or the company operations manager) will also be invited to attend (this is one of the conditions attached to my being able to do this).
4. Alcohol and drugs will NOT be allowed on the premises. If you are over 21 and want to get a couple beers or a cocktail at one of the nearby establishments before the movie, go ahead and do so, but if you are visibly intoxicated (mine and management's call) or are found to be in possession of alcohol or drugs, you will either be denied entry or will be asked to leave. If you are under 21 and have been drinking you will not be allowed inside. Period. I can lose my job if this is not followed.
5. Bring your own food and beverages. The soda fountains and concession counter will be closed and not available. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL! (see above) There is a 7-11 just down the street from the theatre for sodas, coffee, energy drinks etc.
6. Bring a paper bag or other suitable container for popcorn - Yes, there might be FREE POPCORN for the screening! (while supplies last)
7. Once the audience is inside the building the doors will be locked. NO in and out privileges will be allowed- if you leave the building after that time, you will not get back in.
8. Respect the property of my employer. This includes outside the building. There is to be no throwing of any objects to include popcorn inside the auditorium.
9. I reserve to right to cancel the screening at any time if any of the above rules are not followed, or at the request of theatre management.
10. The management, ops staff (If present), and myself reserve the right to eject anyone from the premises for any violations of the above rules.
