So was stopped at a red right behind some cars turning left to Park Ave. on East 14th, and some lady rear ends me, oddly enough just alot of scratches, popped my rear bumper out, and maybe cracked my right tail light. Cool thing is she didn't have proof of insurance, and was on disabilitys or something.

That's not fun...I hope that you don't have a large deductible. Since there isn't major damage maybe you can get it fixed pretty cheaply. good Luck!

dood... be careful of your back. I was rear ended in my 08 xB at a stop sign back on Mother's Day, and I STILL have huge back problems..

Dammit, people are so stupid! It's not even worth having a nice car nowadays because no one respects it (or you for that matter) whether its in a parking lot or on the street...

I got rear ended this year as well by some mexicans at a stop sign! close to $800 in the end to fix the rear bumper lol and crap! Hope you get it fixed and all taken care of!

I'm not sure on other state laws, BUT.. in Oregon it doesn't matter who's at fault. the person that does the rearending. (man that sounds bad :rofl: )

in a multiple car accident.- say the person in front stops then a car hits them and another car hits that car.. the LAST car in the accident is the one at fault.

I'm not sure how I feel about that. They should be responsible for the second accident, but not the first...
