I just installed the TRD sway bar and exhaust on my new xD myself, due to the insane install price the local dealership wanted. Over $500 to install these two mods! Took me less then one hour to install, did not even have to jack the car up. There is a lot of room under the back of the car. I put the bubble wrap the exhaust came wrapped in under the area I was installing the exhaust, to avoid scratching it on concrete when moving the exhaust into place. You will need a braker bar, tourqe wrinch, and sockets. Sway bar made a hugh difference in handling.

Sway bar install
1. Remove rear shock absorber nuts. 14mm socket
a. Loosen by turning the bolt head not the nut. Then remove both nuts.
b. Leave one bolt in place and back the other bolt out until flush with the shock mount.
2. Install sway bar.
a. Hang sway bar off of shock bolt and position opposite end of bar over the flush seated bolt.
b. Fully seat flush mounted bolt so that it will hold the weight of the sway bar.
c. Install provided hardware into forward mounting holes on the sway bar once they line up with the corresponding mounting holes on the beam axle. The bolt is 15mm. Torque to 44 ft.lbf
d. Tighten nuts on shock absorber mounts, tighten by turning the bolt head not the nut. 14mm torque to 36 ft.lbf
3. Make sure sway bar does not touch beam axle anywhere except its mounting points. Test drive car, make sure no unwanted noise from suspension, if no problems retorque bolts one week later, done deal.

TRD exhaust intall
1. Remove existing exhaust system.
a. Use 14mm socket, remove two bolts with springs from front flange located between catalytic converter and rear muffler.(you will reuse the gasket between the converter assembly and muffler assembly for TRD muffler)
b. Keep all original bolts and springs.
c. Pry the rear tailpipe exhaust brackets loose from the two rubber hangers located near the rear of the car.(use dish liquid to lubricate rubber hangers)
d. Remove the OE rear tailpipe from car.
2. Install TRD exhaust system.
a. Remove the forward bottom passenger side spare tire plug.(size of a quarter)
b. Insert the auxiliary rubber hanger included in exhaust kit.
c. Connect the three TRD muffler hangers onto the two OE and auxiliary rubber mounts.
d. Line up TRD muffler front flange to converter assembly.(dont forget the gasket)
e. Reinstall two compression springs and bolts, torque bolts to 32 lbf.
3. Start car and look for leaks at the gasket. Look for exhaust gas and water leaking from gasket, if no leaks I would retorque bolts after a week, done deal.
