So first my ballast died, so that suck, then while changing bulbs I notice the tap that holds the spring was broke. So now I don't have a headlight. What can I do?

Your best bet would be to lay off the streets during the evening hours or call the junk yards around your area to replace the headlight. My old Driver's side headlight was damaged when the car was hit, mind you before I bought it, and the seller didn't replace it. It aims a bit low. They aren't hard to find and'll probably run you about 120 bucks?

Shove the bulb into the 'condom' and tape the bitch in. I had to do this for a few days... I hate the headlight on the car.

Occasionally you can find our headlights on eBay.

i got a headligth off of ebay but the upper tabs are broke. So I think I'm going to bake open all of the headlights and paint them and take out the orange thing.
