Cheap H Techs?

I've been looking around for H-techs, i found a set for like $175(idk about shipping) I want a set but i don't want counterfeit. Where is a few good places to find them?

(I looked for H&R sport's but i cant justify paying like $250 for springs. When i can go a bit lower for less.)
