Dear Friends,
My name is Tammy Bradley and I’m writing on behalf of Scikotics and Quality Imports Scion/Toyota. We are in the process of planning a car show for Scion owners to benefit Camp S.K.A.M.P.
Camp S.K.A.M.P. is a wonderful summer camp specially structured for physically handicapped children to enjoy all of the activities that make camping fun. With the help of about 120 volunteers, the campers are able to leave their disabilities behind and participate in activities such as swimming, crafts, ping pong, basketball, campfires, singing, a special activity night, and the talent show. Campers are chosen from across the Florida Panhandle based on their specific handicaps and their qualifications (or lack of) that often make them ineligible for other existing camps for special needs children. www.campskamp.org (http://www.campskamp.org/)
Quality Imports Scion/Toyota of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, serving the entire Panhandle, is our promoting sponsor. The show will be held October 30, 2010 at the Emerald Coast Conference Center in Fort Walton Florida. We are expecting over 100 Scion owners to compete in this event. We will also be having a Monster Bash, Trunk a Treat, Raffle Tickets, and an Auction to help raise money for Camp S.K.A.M.P.
To make this successful, we need your help. We need paper goods for the event such as napkins, plates, bags of candy etc., as well as food, drinks, and door prizes for the raffle.
We would be most grateful for any help you can give us. We also have 4 levels of sponsorship options available:
Trophy Sponsorship: $200.00 Your company name on trophies, t-shirts, banners and fliers
Gold: $100 – Your company logo on t-shirts, banners, fliers
Silver: $75 – Your company logo on the banner only
Bronze: $25- Your company logo on the fliers only.
We will add your name to the banners, and fliers in appreciation for donations with a value of $75.00 or more. The deadline for having your company logo included on the t-shirts, banners, and fliers is October 1, 2010. Please e-mail your logo to tbradley@scikotics.com (tbradley@scikotics.com)
