Has anyone pulled the door panels or the steering wheel off yet?
On the doors, I've only found one screw (under the little felt piece by the door handle). I'm scared to dink around with the steering wheel too much.
I'm looking to paint these before the first show in KC... any help is appreciated!

I can help you get your door panels off. Those shouldn't be too hard. Regarding the steering wheel, you need to be careful because of the airbag and wiring on it. I'd call up Jason and see if he can print you out instructions on how to remove the wheel. He should have access to them at the dealership.

why dont you just take one of the terminals off the battery so it dont have power for the ignition in the airbag to deploy?

Tyler! You're a flipping genius!
hehe. I'm still nervous though because, well, you know, I'm super car smart and am incapable of messing anything up...

:thanks:
you will be fine as long as your not ripping things out. take your time and when you pull be sure to keep it a couple inches away from where it was mounted. there may be wires behind it.

There is a screw under the felt and another under the plastic cover behind the door handle. Just pop off that little plastic cover right behind the door handle itself and theres a screw in there.
