Whats under the Center Console?

Looking for info on what's under the center console between the driver and front passenger seats. Is there something under there besides the floor that I can bolt something to, or am I looking at a bit of solder if I wanted to hold something in place? Or, is the bottom of the center console inside the storage compartment strong/sturdy enough to hold up to 50 pounds, with a base as small as 4x4 inches or so?

I'm trying to flesh out a solution to the armrest issue and that's my first step. Next will be to find a spare chair...

instructions on how to remove it (Its the ipod jack relocataion DIY) but it also shows whats underneath it.
