hey guys,

im at a dyno shop right now trying to get tuned and im sitting in my car right now,

i purchased a PNP harness from boomslang a few days ago, i hooked it up and put a map on the fic and started the car and the started started on the first turn.

now im at the dyno shop and we have the unit hooked up, here is my dilemma,

once the car turns on, the aem f/ic gauges that are built into the program show that my car is sitting at 30 percent throttle and that my rpm's are sitting at 12K on idle !

what's going on ?

has anyone bought a pnp harness from boomslang fabrication ?

someone help me out puh lease !

problem #1 : TPS reading is at a steady 30% while on idle ... wtf ?

problem #2 : RPM reading is off the map at 12K on idle ...

someone please help me out !

I have only skimmed over the F/IC instructions, but it sounds like you need to calibrate your TPS and it sounds like the RPM wire is tapped into the wrong wire. I'd take a look at the wiring diagram of where the wires should be going and check to make sure the harness is correct. Boomslang is known for having pretty good harnesses, but they can make mistakes. Also, be sure to go over all of the settings on your F/IC to make sure all of the options are set correctly.
