Has any one used the the headers off e-bay for $35.00, and are there any problems with them the man

A $35 header is scary IMO.

Be careful what you get from ebay.

Everyone always says you get what you pay for. Be weary of anything off ebay. even if its name brand it could be a knock off. If you buy headers go with quality not cost. If you add it and the welds crack after a short period of time its not worth it. I mean real short like 2 weeks. I have heard some real horror stories about those things. Go with Strup, DC, hell even OBX which comes with the S-pipe for pretty cheap around $230 shipped.(I have heard some good things about OBX) I think Strup is amazing. Have heard no issues with them and I have helped a friend install his with the axle back from Strup as well and you wont be dissapointed. Not ricey sounding at all on an 08 xb. Hope that helps a little

if you're strapped for cash and really don't care, then go for it. It's not like you're losing anything lol. A header won't break your car - worst case scenario is you break the ebay header and have to put your stocker back on.

If you want my honest opinion, don't buy a header for the tc at all. None of them sound good, and while the power gains are noticeable, they're not worth the horrible bumble bee sound they make.

go with the s-pipe and catback exhaust...then if you want more power, go turbo.
