For it being our very first Western Region show, I am very happy with the turnout. Like Andy (The_Butcher) said, we couldn't have pulled it off without those that attended. I would like to extend a very special thank you to all of my old friends for accepting my invitation to join us, and I would like to thank all of my new friends that took the chance to see what we all could put together for this car show and charity event. Like I asked at the awards ceremony, I hope that you'll come back again for next year's show.

I would like to THANK all of the staff/committee members for their time and effort in making this show go off pretty smoothly, so THANKS to Jason, Brant, Chris (aka Crabs), James, ChefMike, Buddy, Andy, Aaron, Ed, Matt, Leslie, Dennis, Candice, Mililani, and Kiyoshi. I would also like to THANK Dena Hernandez, for helping out with registration/raffles tickets sales. I would like to THANK the other Mike from the Boise chapter, for directing the caravans through Reno (because Reno is his home town). I would like to THANK Rachel for helping out with putting the goodie bags together. And I would like to THANK my daughter Ashly for all of her side work in helping me out with registration stuff and helping Mike and Andy with raffle stuff, and helping James out with selling tickets, and modeling for pics. There are others that I know I have personally and respectfully thank'd in this process and duration of this event, but one can never say it enough. I love you guys!!!

I also want to thank the other clubs that came out to support our first west coast show! Dave, Keith, Jason & so on! It was all about the Cars and our mutual love for them and a great time by all of us!

Its great to see that the Scion scene is all about one love out here too on the west coast! and Cheryl and I look forward to being just as active here as we were back in the southeast, now that were back home in Cali!

I just wanted to share the post I sent to the planners of this great event to the rest of the site, as they did an incredible job, being hundreds of miles away from the event location

You all should be very proud of yourselves, I know I am very proud of you as you put on a great show/event/weekend.

You all made Scikotics as a nationwide club shine!

Not only did yall put together a great show weekend, you did it with most everyone being several hundreds of miles away from the actual event location and that is no easy task! Its hard enough as it is to put all the pieces together when you are just doing a show, but to do it from a distance is a "LEVEL 10" in difficulty

The TEAMWORK demonstrated by all of you was very inspireing and it showed in the execution thru-out the entire weekend

With several car clubs in attendance it was awesome to not see or hear of any drama and everyone was just all there to have a great time and I think everyone did from the folks I talked to. The judging was very fair and balanced and I would say that it was dead on based on the cars.

On behalf of Uncle, Myself, the other admins and the entire Scikotics club, I just wanted to say thank you and congratulate all of you on a job well done!!!!!

Cant wait till next year cause I know it will be even more awesome:bash:
