Hey all, not sure what they are called or if there is such a thing I am looking for, but as you all know '05 xB has a 4x100 bolt pattern on the lugs for the wheels. I found some slick wheels I want to get, but the 18's, 19's and 20's don't have a 4x100 bolt pattern option. (the 17's do but those are too small for my liking)

anyways my question is, is there a conversion to change it to a 5 lug pattern? If so can someone throw where I can get that up here for me?

Figured I'd ask the experts!

thanks!

The tC's have 5 lugs so you might be able to switch out the whole assemblies to keep costs to a minimum, but I'm not exactly sure on how to do this. From the little I researched this can be done with the proper wheel spacers and such. It's definitely something you might want to look into.

I highly doubt you could swap a tC assemtly in on a B. Completely different suspension systems in the rear. I do believe they sell conversions. It is like a spacer with studs in it for the new bolt pattern. You want to make sure they are high quality though because there will be a lot of stress on that part.

EDIT: I found custom ones made for your application. They are spendy, but just might do the trick for you: http://www.skulte.com/product_info.php/products_id/77

do not ever get adapters. They cause a lot of strain on the stock lugnuts and a lot of strain on the wheels because they are no longer hubcentric. the lifespan of the axle / wheels / adapters is MUCH MUCH less than it would be if you would just get the correct bolt pattern. As painful as it is i must say you never ever get adapters, i've seen way to many horror stories with them. So what i'm saying is just find a different set of wheels.

Yeah after photoshopping the wheels on my B I don't know if I need to worry about all this anyways.

Here are the "new" ones I found, and while I think they look sweet when it's just a pic of the rim itself, it kind of diminishes once its on the car.

I think I am leaning more towards something like this anyways
