OK - Slamboree

Last year we got an xB class, but no one has really said much about it this year. This is/was Oklahoma's biggest custom car and truck show. This isn't far for you DWF and Tulsa people, so everyone that can make it should! Last year's Slamboree was the quasi-official start of the club spreading from Tulsa, the OKC chapter scraped their "Scion Syndicate" stickers and rode in with our new Scikotics vinyl!

There will be a cruise in Norman on Saturday night. Last year was a lot of fun! People were burning out in the street and they got mad at us cause we wouldn't even try, so Shannon (former OKC HMFIC) turned his windshield wiper fluid squirters sideways and sprayed the crowd!

Last year we all met up at the Sooner Fashion Mall, east parking lot and rolled in together. Get with Roger(Zumie xA) on that. I doubt I'll be going this year, :( but ya never know!

The money isn't really in my current budget anyways. More importantly, there won't be an xB class this year! I might drop by the show to check it out since I'll be in Norman on Saturday anyways, but I'm not showing, unless one of our local sponsors wants to drop the money to let me enter. :lalala:

Thanks Barry! Your paint is badass. I had got in a minor accident before the show on Saturday morning, but decided to come anyways. My whole passenger side was scuffed/scraped/dented

No joke, a huge dust devil, or small tornado, what ever it was tore a path right through the middle of the show!!!! It was the wildest thing I have seen in awhile!! :crazy: canopies and other debris thrown all over the place. some of the canopies beat the hell out of some of the cars. And the damn mini tornado took a bunch of papers from the registration tent and carried them off for miles it seemed, at heights of up to prolly 100 ft. until we couldn't see them any more!!!! :shock:

damn i miss yet another show! and i miss the big event of a small tornado! i hate this place. lol oh well here in a couple years i should be state side and hopefully they will put me somewhere half way close to home. glad yall had fun and congrats to the winners
